TERMS OF SERVICE & POLICIES

Welcome! By clicking the “Accept terms box” below you agree that you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions described below (the “Terms of Service”) and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated in the Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use our services (as defined in the link) in any way.
The services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of this Agreement.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive no more than 15 mins early to prepare for you appointment .

Upon arrival text us (813)-906-9249 so we can open the door for you .

CANCELLATIONS | APPOINTMENT POLICY

We kindly require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule fairly. This policy also applies to changes in service types.

  • ย Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancellation or rescheduling is requested with less than 24 hours of the appointment.

    If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice, your payment will be forfeited, and a new payment will be required to rebook.

    LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

    โ–ช๏ธ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened, but you will still be charged for the full appointment.

    โ–ช๏ธ If youโ€™re too late for any services to be completed, you will still be charged the full service amount.

    โ–ช๏ธ No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and banned from future bookings.

CARD ON FILE

To ensure smooth transactions, we kindly request all clients to have a card on file for any necessary charges.

PAYMENT

All appointments are reserved with a credit card. Cash, debit cards,credit cards and Zelle are the only acceptable forms of payment.

To secure appointments:

  • New clients are required to pay the full deposit online at the time of booking.
  • Returning clients may book online or via text, but must submit a 50% deposit of the total service amount via Zelle within 72 hours of their appointment.

If no deposit is received, the appointment will be canceled or removed from the schedule without notice.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is appreciated, but not required. They can be paid using your card, cash, and payment apps (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle). 

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries you have prior to booking.ย 

SANITATION & SAFETY

All clients are required to wash their hands immediately upon entering.

Sanitation and sterilization methods are according to the guidelines by the EPA and State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Your safety is my highest priority.

All guests must be ages 16 or older.

Only the person being serviced is permitted during the appointment (excluding special events.)

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

The Spa by Folashadรฉ will send reminder emails and text messages to confirm appointments in the days ahead.ย 

You are responsible for keeping track of your appointments. Please confirm your appointment via Square or contact us at least 24 hours in advance with any changes.ย 

NAIL ART INSPIRATION

For all nail art request please text us your inspiration pictures within 72 hours or more  before your appointment to ensure satisfactory results .
