By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies listed below.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use our services in any way.
ARRIVAL
The Spa by Folashadรฉ operates as a private home studio to provide a quiet and personalized luxury experience.
Please arrive no more than 15 mins early to prepare for your appointment.
When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and text to let me know youโre here. I will provide further instructions when I am ready for you.
BOOKING
All appointments are scheduled directly with me to ensure the appropriate time is reserved for each service and to maintain a personalized experience.
Returning clients will continue booking directly through me.

New clients must complete the New Client Inquiry Form prior to booking.
Appointments will be scheduled once the form has been reviewed and approved.ย

CANCELLATIONS | APPOINTMENT POLICY
We kindly require at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule fairly. This policy also applies to changes in service types.
ย Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancellation or rescheduling is requested with less than 48 hours of the appointment.
โช๏ธIf you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your payment will be forfeited, and a new payment will be required to rebook.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS
โช๏ธ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened, but you will still be charged for the full appointment.
โช๏ธ If youโre too late for any services to be completed, you will still be charged the full service amount.
โช๏ธ No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and banned from future bookings.
PAYMENT
All appointments require a deposit to secure your reservation.

New clients are required to submit their deposit at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Returning clients must submit their deposit no later than 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be canceled and released.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Accepted forms of payment: Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is appreciated, but not required. They can be paid using your card, cash, and payment apps (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle).
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Your health and safety are our top priority. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries you have prior to booking.ย
SANITATION & SAFETY
All clients are required to remove their shoes and wash their hands immediately upon entering.
ย
Sanitation and sterilization methods follow the guidelines of the EPA and State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Your safety is my highest priority.
ย
All guests must be ages 16 or older.
ย
Only the person being serviced is permitted during the appointment (excluding special events).
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
The Spa by Folashadรฉ will send reminder emails and text messages to confirm appointments in the days ahead.ย
You are responsible for keeping track of your appointments. Please confirm your appointment via Square or contact us at least 48 hours in advance with any changes.ย
NAIL ART INSPIRATION
For all nail art request please text us your inspiration pictures within 72 hours or moreย before your appointment to ensure satisfactory results .ย
